Shipping & Delivery

At The Lighting Centre, we pride ourselves on our fast and efficient shipping and delivery services. We offer next day delivery for in-stock items, with a cut-off time of 3pm Monday-Friday for same day processing. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and dispatched on Monday, unless it is a bank holiday in which case it will be dispatched on the next working day. For items that are not in stock, we typically deliver within 2-5 working days.

We take extra care in the packing of our products to ensure they arrive in great condition, especially for fragile items. Our chosen couriers, DPD, Parcelforce, and Evri (Hermes), require a signature for all deliveries. So, please ensure someone is present at the delivery address on the agreed delivery day. We will send a confirmation of delivery the day before and the courier will send a time slot confirmation on the morning of delivery, if a mobile number is provided.

We will email you when your order has been dispatched along with the tracking number and courier used. We advise you to book a qualified electrician to fit the lights once the goods have been received and not before. We cannot be held responsible for any charges from electricians if goods arrive later than expected.
